“Seeing is Believing” with Healthy Insights

Healthy Insights was born when I (Bjorn Trapp) was struggling with my weight and health working long stressful hours in the oil patch. I was 30lbs overweight, lived on fast food and had a very high toxic exposure through my work (sour gas, diesel fumes, chemicals, heavy metals etc.) high blood pressure, feeling old, joint pain and mood swings were some of my symptoms. I was 28!
After realizing my health was in jeopardy, I saw a natural doctor that used Nutritional Microscopy (looking at live blood under a microscope) to determine toxic overload and nutritional deficiencies in my body. Seeing my own blood on a computer monitor and being able to see what was going on by comparing my blood with other blood pictures was fascinating (seeing is believing). What I saw changed my life forever!
Nutrition and cleansing were the key elements in my transformation. I took the nutritionist’s advice and made changes in my life. After losing 30 lbs and reversing all of my symptoms, the fascination with Health and Wellness grew. I studied Nutritional Microscopy, got my own microscope and gathered information from as many natural doctors and nutritionists as I could, trying to find the answers to our mortality. The contradiction between doctors, natural health experts, and various books on the subject were mind-boggling, so I narrowed it down by dismissing everybody that was trying to sell something (money tends to make people dishonest). I then took the rest of this information and focused on what everybody agreed on; so Healthy Insights was born:
