I would like to thank Healthy Insights, and the ladies there. When I noticed the business sign on the street, I was thinking of having liposuction done. I was so self conscious about my huge double chin, it affected the way I interacted with others.The girls treated me like I was their only concern, and I felt very comfortable with them. I walked past Healthy Insights every day and each time I would hear the TV outside speaking to me about my health and what I could do to improve it. I just had to go in and find out more. Finally one day, when my schedule was not so hectic, I went on in! The girls were friendly and upbeat and very excited to explain all of the products and services they offered. I was seated in the best massage chair I have ever sat in while inhaling oxygen. I had the zyto scan done which explained which nutritional supplements by body required (no more guessing on what I should take!) The best part of the experience was the Lipo Laser, a very relaxing 20 minutes(I nearly fell asleep!) and I lost 2 ½ inches off my lower abdomen!!! I have been going to Healthy Insights for about 5 weeks now. When I first attended the introductory Lipo Laser session I lost 2″ off my waistline! I was so amazed, this is what prompted me to buy the package. I have now attended a total of 5 sessions and I have lost a total of 9 ¼” of my waistline. I still have one more session to go, so I am very happy with the results. My friends and boyfriend have noticed the difference for sure.
The reason I went to Healthy Insights is because I wanted to lose weight in my waistline area and not all over, I have had 2 children so I tend to gain weight and have kept the weight on in this area due to my pregnancies. I liked the idea that they could target the fat areas that I needed. Hopefully I will look good in my new bikini this summer.

“I Had Lost 6 inches in one session!!!”
I traveled to Vernon to visit Healthy Insights. I was offered a Lipo Laser session and seeing the kindness and knowledge of their professional staff had absolutely no hesitations and I had a session. The treatment room was comfortable, meticulously clean and Kory explained the procedure with accuracy. The procedure lasted about 45 minutes, then the measurements started. Kory kept measuring not just once but three times. She appeared very hesitant in revealing the results until she finally explained with great excitement that I had lost a total of 6 inches in one session and that 4 of those inches were around my abdominal hip area. We were both ecstatic!!
Now here are two other important factors in this experience. Previous to the treatment I had followed a Foods Program and taken Nature’s Sunshine supplements to stimulate the lymphatic system and to cleanse the bowels. It made total sense to me that my body was ready to lose these 6 inches through the Lipo Laser treatment .

I tried the Lipo Laser body contouring for the first time. I was amazed by the results. I lost over 3 inches in one session, I felt better immediately! It gave me the jump start I needed. Well I was so impressed with the results and the fact that my pants were so loose that I had to go back and have another session….now in total after 2 sessions I have lost over 6 inches!! It’s crazy! I am so happy with the results! I believe it worked so well for me because I do not eat a lot of sugar or gluten. As well I exercise often.
The Zyto scan I had pin pointed the vitamins I was lacking and I was able to order them right there. The staff was very helpful and explained everything well. Never in a million years did I think I could find something that would take me down 2 full pant sizes in less than a month! I started doing the Lipo Laser sessions on December 15th and by January 7th after 8 sessions I was down two pant sizes! In total I went down 9 ¾ inches in less than a month!! That’s crazy!
